Frontage to houses – Westcliff

Requested by client to offer a plan to create an attractive “kerb appeal” to the frontage of a new build development. Planting previously provided had been beech hedging with thin silver birch trees which looked untidy and unattractive.

Plan presented for mature yew hedging in each of the 4 bays with 3 large boxhead beech trees installed and at the base buxus hedging planted  in to create a frame around each tree.

Plan agreed and hedging and trees installed over 2 days working around ongoing construction work.  Effective and attractive “kerb appeal” created.

What We did:

  • Site visit and discussions with client who was unhappy with existing planting
  • Established mature plants sourced and installed including large specimen Boxhead Beech Trees
  • Request for impactive planting and to create a “kerb appeal”
  • Shaping of installed planting and strong “kerb appeal” created
